Mitigating Impacts of Active Intruder Incidents

The Active Shooter/Workplace Violence Training is designed to provide your staff with the knowledge and skills to successfully handle an active threat event in and out of the workplace.

We share recommendations from the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA on how to best prepare for random acts of violence.

Active shooter incidents, in many cases, have no pattern or method to the selection of victims, which results in an unpredictable and rapidly evolving situation. In the midst of the chaos, anyone can play an integral role in mitigating the impacts of an active intruder incident.

Customized Policies & Procedures

In California, all employers are required to have a written Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP) and to train their employees on itThe WVPP must include procedures for preventing, responding to, and investigating workplace violence incidents.

“Our in-service on Bloodborne Pathogens by Brian was excellent.  He is a great speaker and kept my entire staff interested and entertained.  Our walk through inspection was very helpful.  It gave me piece of mind to know that we are in compliance with OSHA regulations”
